We have extremely high standards in everything we do and consequently have extremely high standards of our Associate Teachers who work alongside like-minded professionals. Everyone who is recruited by the Alliance gets the opportunity to teach at CHHS.

The Altius Alliance also leads a fantastic range of secondary schools which provide complementary places for our Associate Teachers and helps prepare them to teach in any context. The mentor support provided by these schools is second to none and the training process is fully quality assured.

At the end of the programme you will gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). The academic element of the course will also enable you to gain 60 masters credits and the award of a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
